Welcome to Day 7 of the Align + Flow Challenge. You did it!
However this challenge went for you, you just did some incredibly hard work, and that’s worth celebrating.
I hope that these practices have helped you feel more energised, more connected to yourself, or at least equipped with a whole new lens through which to look at the landscape of your life.
Maybe this challenge has changed the way you see yourself and inspired deeper reverence for your own body. Maybe you’ve experienced a lot of resistance or struggle, and it’s felt uncomfortable. If that’s the case, I urge you to not self-attack. Your experience is sovereign. If these practices are not working for you right now, don’t force it. Let your body lead.
