Day 1: Align

Welcome to the Align + Flow Challenge.

Today, I’m going to introduce you to The Daily Alignment Practice.

This tool is designed to help you bring your body and mind into conversation and thus, collaboration. 

Then, over the next 6 days, you’ll get extra lessons with instructions to deepen your Daily Alignment Practice.

Within one week, if you commit to repeating and deepening this daily practice, I'm pretty sure you will start to feel more energised, more connected to yourself, and equipped with an entirely new lens with which to look at the landscape of your life and work.

Begin the Daily Alignment Practice.

What will I do to fuel and energise my body today?

QUESTION #2:

What do I feel like doing today? How can I honor this in even a small way?

By opening up this channel, your body can start to release some of the 99.9995% of sensory data it keeps hidden from the conscious mind. You can start acting on it and moving through the world and through your life from a place of feeling grounded and legitimacy.
