Day 2: Live the Process

Welcome to Day 2 of the Align + Flow Challenge.

However your first attempts at the Daily Alignment Practice went for you, I want you to celebrate yourself.

Asking our body what it wants and needs can bring up a lot of emotions and resistance, or nothing at all, at first. Please be gentle with yourself if you’re finding this hard.

Over the next 5 days I'm going to introduce you to The Five Foundations of flow. As you continue your Daily Alignment Practice, these lessons will deepen your practice by helping you to feel and use the energy that’s present to you.

In today’s lesson, we are going to explore the oldest and truest thing your body knows: that you are a cyclical energy being.

Today’s challenge assignment:

As you do your Daily Alignment Practice, try to notice whether you are in an expanded or contracted energy state.

Does your energy feel fatigued, withdrawn; tight and contracted? 

Do you feel open and receptive? Buzzing and alert?

Is your energy buzzing or lagging? 

Do you feel drawn to be engaged out in the world or withdrawn and quiet?

You do not need to do anything with this energy, just become aware of it and try to name it.
